2008 SUZUKI RM-Z450


Rider: Nick Edwards


Engine: Hot Rods Crank, JE 13:1 Piston, Stage 2 Hot Cams, Titanium Valves with 5 angle valve seat cut, Leo Vince Full System Exhaust, TwinAir filter and cage.


Suspension: Racetech springs, 3 stage compression valving for outdoor motocross. Custom 3" lowering kit for ice racing and short track TT.


Wheel and tires: Excel Rims, excel spokes and billet anodized hubs. Bridgestone tires. Ice tires pictured: Rear tire has a 3/4" liner installed, knobbies re-profiled, and 400 1 1/2" MF44 ice racing screws installed. Front tire has a 1/2" liner installed, knobbies re-profiled, and 400 1" MF44 ice racing screws installed.


Other Aftermarket Parts: Pro Taper handlebars chain and sprockets, footpegs, MSR levers, Scott grips.

2006 SUZUKI SV650:


Rider: Craig Toupin


Engine: Spears Racing: High compression pistons. Lightened flywheel and starter clutch. Custom intake with K&N air cleaner, Power Commander with custom mapping, M4 full system exhaust.


Front End: GSXR triple clamps, forks and wheel.


Rear End: Penske fully adjustable shock, sprocket carrier and caliper holder modifications to accept GSXR 600 rear wheel. Swingarm was modified and custom billet aluminum axle block adjusters were installed to accept GSXR 600 rear wheel and GSXR1000 rear axle.


Bodywork: Custom made AMS Motorsport Race fairings installed and painted by Craig Toupin. Stock subframe was replaced with AMS one piece carbon fiber/fiberglass composite tail section for slimmer/lightweight design. Custom hinged tray was made so all electrical components still sit in their original location within the tail section.


Operation lightweight: All unnecessary parts were removed to help shave pounds from this bike. Stock electrical components, accessories, wiring, etc.
